I am writing to you in regards to my sister's recent wedding at the Ocean Plaza. The majority of our group, including myself, checked in on October 1st for the Goodwin/Grahek wedding. I was greeted at the front desk as soon as I walked in the reception area. The young lady was professional and friendly. She was also very patient since I was checking in three rooms. I did not get her name but wanted to mention her great customer service.
Several other members of the Ocean Plaza team stood out for exceptional service and I would like to mention them. Terry was amazing. He served wedding cake and was so friendly to our group. He did a great job as well as the catering department. Leroy, from the kitchen, and Anthony, our bartender the night before, were both great too. Everyone that we encountered during the entire stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. You are very fortunate to have a team that represents you so well.
I run a hotel in Massachusetts and too often the only comments we get in our line of work are the negative ones. I wanted to take a moment and compliment you and your team for a wonderful stay.

We would like to compliment your staff overall, they did a great job! In particular, however, we want to give special recognition to your restaurant manager, Deborah. Deborah is truly an asset to your team and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our experiences in the Dolphin Reef Restaurant and Sports Bar were all enjoyable and really first rate. We enjoyed talking with Deborah and appreciated everything she and her staff did in serving us.
Deborah, Matt and Rob represent your establishment well and you should be proud to have them on staff. In addition, there was another gentleman working in the bar on the night of March 30th who was equally as professional and enjoyable. We regret we did not catch his name.

“I stayed at your hotel for the Tybee Half Marathon on Feb 5/6. I ate the Breakfast Buffet and also dinner at the Sports Lounge. The food was just the best, the breakfast buffet sure hit the spot after my drive from Charleston, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the view was AWESOME.
This was my first time at Tybee Island, and after my stay at your hotel, it will not be my last, and I cannot think of a better place to eat and relax than your fine restaurant.
I wanted to thank you for a really great time at your Hotel. Your hotel made my stay very pleasant.
The restaurant served great food both at breakfast and dinner. The room was so very comfortable.

I just wanted to drop you guys a line about how fantastic your resort was during our stay for the Postal Convention. The room was immaculate, the view was fantastic and the service was marvelous. The food at the Dolphins Reef restaurant was the highlight of the trip. We were excited to be some of the first to try your new menu and must say it was amazing. The Crab Avocado salad was refreshing, the Tropical Fruit Chicken was juicy with an amazing flavor, but the highlight had to be the Margheritta Pizza. Perfect size, perfect flavor, just pure perfection. Next time we come to Savannah, we will definetly be staying again, and will definitely bring our appetites.
